Home truths are plain truths–facts that will enhance our lives. They’re not always what we want to hear, but they help us live kinder, healthier and more wholesome lives. This journal is an exploration of facts–home truths–that have had an impact upon my life and my home. Beginning several years ago, when my husband had a heart attack, we had to face the fact that we were not caring for ourselves, our family or the environment the way we should. We started eating a Whole Foods Plant Based diet, became vegan and began our journey to live sustainably in our rapidly collapsing world-wide environment.
